Below we have provided an idea of costs for our most requested types of funerals, we believe that everyone should be free to customise a funeral as much as they wish, in order to honour and celebrate the life of their loved one. At the bottom of this page is a small list of additional services and extras you may wish to consider to create a more bespoke funeral. If there is anything you do not see on this page that you feel would make the process feel more complete, please contact us to explore the available options.

Direct Cremation

A direct cremation is a simple, no fuss funeral choice, often for those who do not want a funeral service or are looking to keep costs down. As no service or ceremony available with a direct cremation, many choose to hold a separate service or event to commemorate the deceased, and we can assist in organising this if required.

Attended Cremation

A traditional cremation is the currently the most popular type of funeral service. A full service with a minister or celebrant can be held at the crematorium itself or at a church, chapel or other venue of your choice with the committal following at the crematorium.

  • A veneered oak coffin

  • Viewing at our chapel of rest

  • A hearse and four bearers to take the deceased to a local crematorium of your choice

  • A fully attended service at the crematorium with your chosen minister or celebrant

Traditional Burial

A traditional burial, often with a service at a church or chapel, other venue such as village hall, or at the burial ground itself, with your choice of minister or celebrant, followed by interment.

  • A hearse and four bearers to take the deceased to a church or other suitable venue, and on to the burial ground

    • Online Notices - from £36 or free when purchasing a Newspaper Notice

  • Internment of Ashes (Including Oak Casket) - from £130
